B.2. Mission Statement

To uplift the quality of life of every Dumingagnon by creating mechanisms for the increase of its agricultural production and by designing programs and projects intending to uproot the constituents from the reins of want.


B.3. Mandate

The Municipality of Dumingag was created by virtue of Executive order No. 283 signed by the then President of the Republic Carlos P. Garcia in December 27, 1957.


B.3. Strategic Thrusts and Programs

• Support livelihood programs and food security programs
• Intensify revenue collection
• Expansion of administrative and general services capabilities.
• Improvement of health care benefits and welfare services to every low income family and less fortunate constituents in the municipality.
