Program direction

Infrastructure priorities include local access roads, bridges and footbridges, pathways, drainage, slope protection, public facilities, and disaster-resilient works.

Projects are planned and implemented with municipal offices, barangays, communities, and partner agencies according to approved plans, budgets, and technical standards.

Roads & Infrastructure

Connected Barangays and Resilient Community Infrastructure

Reliable infrastructure connects residents to schools, health services, farms, markets, government offices, and emergency support. Dumingag's roads and infrastructure agenda covers local access roads, road rehabilitation and graveling, bridges and footbridges, pathways, drainage, slope protection, evacuation and response facilities, and other community priorities. From 2022 to 2025, the municipality's KALAHI-CIDSS program recorded 43 community-identified subprojects across 20 barangays, including road concreting, footbridges, pathways, slope protection, and essential public facilities.
